Dr. Grabarz is a Board Certified Diplomate and a Board Certified Specialist in Practice with Children and their Families. He has earned an M.S.W. from Adelphi University, a Ph.D. from Yeshiva University, and has post doctoral training in advanced clinical techniques. Dr. Grabarz has been in clinical practice for over thirty years, specializing in working with children and their parents.
Dr. Grabarz is a trained family specialist (coach) and a child specialist in Collaborative Divorce. He has served as a Court-appointed neutral evaluator in Supreme Court custody cases. In addition, he is both a trained Mediator and a trained Parent Coordinator.
Dr. Grabarz has been on the faculties of the Graduate Schools of Social Service at Fordham University and at Rutgers University. Furthermore, he has served as a consultant to various educational institutions on matters relating to child development, as well as to family attorneys on matters pertaining to forensic evaluations of their clients.
